collabor∞ (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a creative digital studio in Leeds. This page explains what we collect when you visit collabor8uk.com or contact us, and how we handle it. We are the data controller for the information described here.

Cookies

We do not use tracking, advertising, or profiling cookies. The only thing we may store on your device is a small preference that remembers you have seen our privacy notice, so it does not reappear on every visit. It is functional and is not used to track you.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and how quickly it loads. These are cookieless: they set no cookies, build no profile of you, and do not follow you across other websites. The data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors.

When you contact us

If you use our contact form, we collect your email address and any company name, service interest, and message you choose to provide. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to carry out that work. Submissions reach our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes your message to us. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and, where you start a project, taking steps to enter into a contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Web3Forms (contact-form delivery). They process data only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to deal with your query and for our own records, then delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, and for it to be corrected, erased, restricted, or ported, and you can object to how we use it. To do any of these, email hello@collabor8uk.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we would appreciate the chance to help first.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a revised date.
